“Accu-StrapTM”; Gauging Instrument Destructive Test
In order to demonstrate the durability of the “Accu-Strap TM”;
Gauging Instruments, we video taped
a "testing session" in which we took a 50"
instrument rod that we have been
using in the field
for 3 months consistently. This instrument had a surface temperature of
35 degrees F. Initially,
we were intending to record the amount of deflection just prior
to failure. As you can
see, we were pleasantly surprised.

As can be seen in the footage, the “Accu-StrapTM”
Gauging Instrument did not
break. In fact, we were
able to straighten it after the test thus returning it to its
original operational
condition.
