The “Accu-Strap^TM” System was the forerunning concept that evolved into the “Accu-Strap^TM” product line. It was designed for use with stainless steel and carbon steel chemical totes and containers in mind. It's heavy PVC Construction and CNC engraved gauging instrument not only make this system extremely rugged and durable, it also enhances accuracy as the crisp cut increments and numbers on the graduated gauging instrument make it much easier to read the  liquid level to within a 1/16th of an inch.

 Once the “Accu-Strap^TM” System is properly calibrated, the graduated gauging instrument is inserted into the fill hole on the top of the tote. The “Accu-Strap^TM” Collar comes to rest on the "Fill Throat." This provides a set reference point from which to measure, thus providing enhanced measurement repeatability. No more deviations due to "sloppy sticking practices" or sediment in the bottom of the tote. The gauging instrument is negatively buoyant which allows the operator to leave the “Accu-Strap^TM” System in the tote while not in transit. One “Accu-Strap^TM” System per tote will reduce mess, cross contamination and chemical spills thereby reducing personnel chemical exposure and effectively lowering the number of absorbent wipes needed for cleanup.

 While the “Accu-Strap^TM” System was conceived with stainless steel  and carbon steel tote applications in mind, the constant evolution of the product has broadened the spectrum of use for the “Accu-Strap^TM” System considerably. “Accu-Strap^TM” LLC now provides various diameter collars to meet demand for use with larger containers.

 The “Accu-Strap^TM” System is a manual liquid level measuring system like no other on the market today. It will outlive and outperform any wooden or fiberglass "Strap Stick" out there.
